Kaneko & Associates is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We provide strategic support in executive talent selection for client corporations, and we recognize that professional talent is a corporate necessity. We offer close partnerships with our clients by providing integrated services such as reports of market trends, analysis of competitors and executive selection advice, as well as recruitment and candidate placement.

Taking advantage of our wide network of resources, we scout for the best candidates one by one for each assignment. Our search services are based on retained, not contingency, contracts, which allows for greater information and solutions to be procured and creates stronger relationships with our clients.
