We are a team of experts from the Czech Labour Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs who contribute to a project supporting employment for people with disabilities. If you are a person with a disability seeking work, or an employer seeking to offer opportunities to a person with a disability, we can advise you on how to proceed. Our advisory and counseling services are provided free of charge. Our goal is to help people with disabilities obtain and retain employment, and we also support employers in integrating these individuals into the open labor market. Our services are intended for people with disabilities who are interested in work or who are already employed. To use our advisory services, registration in the Labour Office's registers of job seekers or in the register of people with disabilities is not required. Employers who are considering employing or already employing people with disabilities can also contact us. We provide employers with comprehensive information about employing people with disabilities, including possibilities of financial support and practical advice. We can connect you with private and public sector employers, employers on open and sheltered labor markets, entities that subscribe to the principles of social entrepreneurship, non-government organizations, social services, ergodiagnostic centers, educational institutions and schools, medical facilities, social partners (municipalities, regions, and other entities), and the Czech Social Security Administration.

We deliver our services through counselors operating at Labour Office offices; counselors for employers work at regional branches of the Labour Office, while counselors for clients are located at contact workplaces across the Czech Republic.

Our specialties are counseling and employment mediation, and our services are aimed at people with disabilities who have an interest in work or who are already employed.

We operate across the Czech Republic, providing services nationwide.

Through these activities, we offer free counseling and information to job seekers with disabilities and to employers, and we connect them with a range of partners across the Czech Republic.
