We are Karriere Med Mening, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We organize an alternative career day at Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) through the student association's own humanitarian organization, NHH Aid, and the Industry Council, each year. The purpose of the days is to show students the breadth of the career opportunities available after graduation by inviting organizations that work on an ideal basis. This year we have expanded to include a day for companies that have a strong focus on the environment. During the event, we also host several lectures from well-known people in business and politics in Norway.

We coordinate the program by planning and delivering the event, inviting participating organizations, and organizing sessions and talks. Our approach centers on presenting a range of career opportunities to students after graduation by inviting organizations that work on an ideal basis.
