KJELST Executive Search is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Klampenborg, Denmark.

We are a business development consultancy specializing in Executive Search, based on specific competencies within the field of business management, organization and people.

Our services portfolio comprises Executive Search, Research, Selection, Assessments/Audits, Coaching, and Board Consultancy. We work dynamically with the Employee Engagement Lifecycle, the employee’s life and development in the company over time, and through this approach we contribute to long-term value creation for our clients.

We position ourselves as a broad and deep local alternative to global executive search firms, and we aim to be trusted advisers and sparring partners for management and boards of directors in Danish and Nordic companies and in foreign groups’ Nordic companies. Our specialties include IT, Phama, Public, Production and Trading Industries, and Finance.

We are a member of AltoPartners, a global network of independent Executive Search firms. The alliance covers Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific region. The alliance provides clients with standards of operational excellence, delivered by our partners and associates with their strong local expertise. We also have two sister companies, Cynara and Flex-Force Consultants. Cynara offers recruiting services, including search and selection or a combination. Flex-Force Consultants provides interim managers in economics, IT and law/compliance.
