We are a Luxembourg-based recruitment firm dedicated to the investment and financial services industries. We work with family offices, asset managers, investment funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity firms, fund administrators, fiduciary companies, banks and other financial/investment firms to meet their staffing needs.

We bring industry knowledge to our clients’ recruitment process, having worked in Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Fund Administrators. We carry out due diligence on candidates and conduct interviews before recommending candidates. Our interviews include the technical knowledge required for the work gained from having worked in family offices, hedge funds and fund administrators. We also carry out background checks on candidates.

Recruiting is our specialty. We provide recruiting services to clients in the investment and financial services sectors.
