We are KLUGE & Partners, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We recruit specialists for c-level positions and meet candidates in Sales, Consulting, Product, Development, and Operations.
We built a large network and database over the years, enabling us to find the right candidates quickly; we presented four candidates in four weeks.
We specialize in Headhunting, IT recruitment (rekruttering), Headhunting Digital People, Nordic Search, Executive Search, IT Search, and IT Headhunting.
We operate in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
We were known as the Nordic Search Company and headhunted in all four Nordic countries.
