K.M.Trust & Partners, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

Our mission is to help companies live their values while having a memorable positive impact in the lives of the people we work with. We address the first part of our mission through a deep involvement in supporting education transformation, advocating and supporting Social Emotional Learning in schools and the community to train kindness, compassion and responsibility in children at very early stages with the aim of having a different breed of adults who then become executives, doctors, engineers, workers, etc.

We live the second part through the way we conduct our day-to-day business. It is deployed in each of our services and the way we treat our stakeholders.

Our services span Retained Executive Search, Management Assessment, Leadership Development Programs, Executive Coaching, mid management & key specialists recruitment through K2S, our 2nd entity, Open Executive Programs in Co-delivery with Renowned Intl.
