We are Kom Trainee, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Kristiansund, Norway.

Our trainee program focuses on building strong networks, both among trainees and company leaders in our region. Over two years with us, you gain experience from 1-3 engaged companies. After the trainee period you are strong as a job seeker, and you may even become one of many trainees who find their dream job through the program. You can live in a landscape with the beautiful Norwegian nature in mountains and sea. If you have a minimum bachelor’s degree and seek an exciting start to your career, we look for ambitious young adults with higher education, regardless of field.

We deliver our program through a structured traineeship that pairs participants with multiple companies over two years. We provide development opportunities and aim to broaden professional competence within a supportive environment, focusing on building networks and practical experience.
