We are Konsulenthuset Job og Trivsel, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Sønderborg, Denmark.

We believe employees are the most important resource in most companies, so it makes sense to work with development, wellbeing, and motivation as part of the company’s systematic occupational health efforts. We have a large toolbox of services that help companies ensure that employees thrive and are less ill. An investment in the work environment is therefore also an investment in the bottom line. We help organizations prevent and manage issues such as mistrivsel (poor wellbeing), stress, and high sickness absence, and we also assist when damage has occurred, for example through psychological counseling or crisis treatment. We have many years of experience with advising, guidance, supervision/coaching and teaching of individuals, teams and entire workplaces. We work with private and public sector organizations as well as nonprofit organizations among our customers. Methods vary and are tailored to the task and the customer’s needs and situation. We offer wellbeing surveys, culture surveys, personnel development, team development, process leadership, supervision/coaching, stress treatment, psychological counseling, therapeutic conversations, personal development for private individuals including Life Design, and work motivation.

Our approach and way of working is characterized by tailoring methods to the nature of the task and the client’s needs and situation. We adapt our approach to each engagement, combining advisory, guidance, supervision/coaching, and training as appropriate to support individuals, teams and organizations in achieving their objectives.
