We are Kontakt-Team, a self-employed entity operating in the temporary help services industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Lindholm, Denmark.

We offer pedagogical support both in and outside the person’s home. We provide pedagogical safety in relation to other staff, other residents, the surroundings, or the person themselves. We undertake individual projects and clarification processes. We provide temporary staffing solutions for residential facilities, care homes and similar. We consist of a professional team with broad experience in the pedagogical field, who understand the importance of relationship work and integrity. The team around the person is brought in for the specific task and assembled in the best possible way to meet the particular pedagogical needs the person faces. The visions behind this work are to raise the quality in this area with a high professional approach to the individual challenges our partners and the people we serve face. We build and maintain relationships with our partners through trust, loyalty and integrity. The work with the person is built on integrity, respect and trust.
