Kopano — we operate in the staffing and recruitment industry as a nonprofit organization. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Norway.
We develop new staffing solutions for employers that enable thousands of people to enter work each year. We are a nationwide network of 39 partner organizations, all owned by the public sector. We collaborate across to mobilize the workforce in the labor market and to create a working life with space and opportunities for everyone.
