We specialize in comprehensive and precise psychological analyses of leadership competences and staff development potential. We develop and deliver practical workshops and trainings in areas such as selection procedures, leadership, motivation, team formation, conducting annual reviews, conflict management, and leadership of difficult employees.

For employees in key roles we provide personal and leadership coaching, while we also offer individual career counseling to others.

We operate in Slovenia, with offices in Ljubljana and Tolmin.
