KTHR (Key–Team Human Resources) Consulting Co., Ltd. is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2001.
We provide professional search and talent acquisition services in the IC and electronics industry. Our clients are mainly European and American semiconductor and electronics companies. We maintain long-term relationships and work closely with more than 40 IC companies. In addition, more than 10 of them have built R&D centers in China.
We maintain a large and up-to-date client network and human resource database. We work directly with hiring managers to quickly obtain feedback on resumes and to expedite the interview process. We keep candidates in contention for opportunities matching their background. We focus on IC field service for IC, electronics, embedded, and communication talent.
We operate in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
