We are LA Consulting, a self-employed organization in the human resources industry, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We focus on executive coaching, outplacement, and strategic HR support. We offer coaching and sparring for leaders in confidential one-to-one sessions, as well as team-based coaching in leadership groups. We help companies with strategic HR planning and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives, and we take care of the entire process from idea development to implementation. We deliver outplacement in a new and innovative way, with a program that combines one-to-one coaching sessions, a two-day workshop on Bornholm, a sparring network, and an action plan to move forward in the career journey. We keep the client at the center and offer tailored solutions that truly make a difference.
