We are La Pépiite, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Cergy-Pontoise, France.

We detect the potential of our candidates through personality and skills assessments, and we are convinced that a CV cannot fully reflect an individual’s potential. We believe Pépiites can be found everywhere, and we have created a new, more humane and inclusive recruitment method: CV-less recruitment. We act on three levels: CV-less recruitment, training, and education. For CV-less recruitment, we organize 100% immersive, inclusive events in France focused on evaluating skills, potential, and aptitudes, with our partner companies acting as juries. For training, we have trained more than 1,000 learners in higher education institutions and incubators, with a satisfaction rate of 98%, and we share our expertise so they can maximize their potential. For education, we visit middle schools and high schools to meet young people and provide the keys to their future, raising awareness of their potential.
