Lager & Partners is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We act as advisors to both Swedish and international companies and institutions within investments (private equity/debt), asset management, corporate and institutional banking, and real estate. We identify future leaders and rising stars early in their careers and continue to work with them throughout their professional journey. In doing so, we help companies hire professional talent for executive positions—CEOs, board members, and management team roles—as well as qualified specialists.
