Landatu is a partnership operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Bilbao, Spain.

We work to create organizations that are spaces of autonomy, diversity, and well-being. This is our purpose.

We do this through three lines of action: in-company training for mindset change; accompaniment to organizations for cultural transformation; and the creation of internal and external communities to foster resilience. We are an interdisciplinary team of professionals with experience in the different states of evolution of organizations and their various manifestations, including social entities, startups, large national and multinational companies, banking, cooperatives, and other sectors, who come together around a common purpose.

Our specialties include human resources, people development, talent, engagement, trust, decision making, well-being, facilitation, coaching, and systemic facilitation.

We operate in Spain, with a presence in Bilbao and Vigo.
