Latinum IT is a privately held staffing and recruiting organization.

We are not a company but a project. Our purpose is to provide a free service to the IT community by connecting professionals who want to pursue a career change with the companies that need these profiles.

We publish free job postings to enable professionals to apply directly. In each case, CVs are delivered directly to the organizations so they can continue their search. Each search is specific to the organization with its posted resources, and there is no participation by site staff as intermediaries. We enable direct communication through the email inbox provided. Professionals may indicate their expected remuneration and preferences to align with each CV.

Our specialties include recruitment, recruiting, and linking between companies and professionals.

We take actions to increase awareness among IT professionals about the site and to generate a considerable number of applications for each offer. We provide this benefit to the IT community that is necessary for all participants.
