Lazo Human Talent — we are a privately held human resources consultancy operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are a modern consultancy whose primary aim is to provide our clients with a comprehensive and differentiated service, tailored to their needs, through the search and selection of collaborators for their organization. We base our work on a competency-based approach to evaluate, identify, and manage the development of future collaborators or current staff. This positions us as an integral and innovative alternative for the management of resources and human talent.

We deliver our services through recruitment and selection of personnel, supported by competency evaluations (180° and 360°), and related assessments. Our specialties include human resources, recruitment and selection of personnel, head hunting, staff redeployment, salary structure design, organizational workshops and trainings, outdoor workshops, diagnosis and advisory of workplace climate, payroll administration, and psychological assessments.
