Le Village des Recruteurs

We are Le Village des Recruteurs, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Dardilly, France.

We host an employment and HR communications event developed by Aglaé́ Events. Through a temporary village established in the heart of the city, our recruitment-focused initiative fosters direct meetings between candidates and employers. In close collaboration with Metropoles and actors in economic development, our actions ensure the opportunity to meet a large number of targeted candidates. If you recruit, wish to broaden your sourcing, or valorize your employer brand, we invite you to participate in our events to identify your future talents.

Our approach centers on delivering services through a venue organized around a temporary village that serves as a platform for recruitment. We work with Metropoles and actors in economic development to broaden candidate sourcing and to facilitate encounters with targeted profiles.
