We are Leadership Potential Accelerator, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.
Our purpose is to help clients identify, develop and accelerate the next generation of leaders through a custom-made Leadership Development Accelerator program that blends assessments with continuous learning, unlearning and relearning, preparing them to lead their organizations into the future.
Our approach is built from flexible building blocks. The journey can be as short as a two-day leadership program or as long as several years, combining assessments, training, coaching and special deliverables.
We offer training, coaching, assessment, consultancy, organisational development, facilitation and motivational speech services.
We operate in Hungary.
We work with coaches and trainers who have 15+ years of international experience and are devoted to building the next generation of management. Our references include Exxon Mobil, Daikin, Mono and other organisations.
