We are LEENPARTNER, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the HR industry. We were founded in 2006 as Korea's first finance and insurance-focused headhunting firm, originally known as LEE Search Firm, and we updated our corporate name in 2011. We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
We pursue our purpose by supporting enterprises and talent through HR expertise, guided by the principle that people are central to HR and that character should be prioritized alongside ability in hiring.
We operate RDIS (Ruby Database Infra System) internally, built from twelve years of headhunting service know-how to leverage our extensive network for ongoing consultations with professional talent.
We specialize in executive search, recruiting, staffing, HR, and headhunting, and we offer recruiting consulting and recruitment consulting as part of our search firm services.
We operate in Korea, serving corporate clients there.
