Les Nouvelles Recrues - RPO recruiters collective is a self-employed recruitment collective operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We support startups and companies of tomorrow in managing their growth through recruitment. We are a collective composed solely of independents, offering flexibility and agility in recruitment processes. We operate in two ways: a success-based service handling recruitment needs with our candidate sourcing, broadcasting, and acquisition tools; and an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service that works several days a week alongside client teams, either in person or remotely, to strengthen the recruitment effort.

Our delivery model relies on a collective of independents working in partnership with clients. We deploy our two service models to match needs: a target-driven, end-to-end sourcing and acquisition approach, and longer-term deployment within client teams as an RPO resource, with support delivered in person or remotely as required.
