Levanto is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Deurne, Belgium.

We are a social enterprise that activates long-term job seekers in the labor market through training, work experience and coaching. We do this to create the labor market of tomorrow where everyone is active. We support groups such as low-skilled workers, long-term unemployed, non-native speakers, and people aged fifty and over to access training and work experience in shortage occupations in sectors such as construction, logistics and cleaning. In addition to training, we provide guidance such as extra Dutch language support on the job, the development of communication and social skills, and interview training. We work with companies, organizations and employers to hire trained workers via Levanto, to deploy affordable skilled workers and teams, and to advise on cost-effective recruitment. We deliver our services by activating long-term unemployed individuals in the labor market through training, work experience and coaching. Training and work experience are provided, including in-demand occupations in sectors such as construction, logistics and cleaning, with supportive measures such as on-the-job Dutch language support, and the development of communication and social skills and interview training.

We operate in Belgium, with a base in Deurne and an additional location in Antwerp.
