Level Up HR Community is a public company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Munich, Germany.

We created Level Up HR to provide a private, free-to-join community where HR leaders connect, collaborate, and grow together. We believe confidentiality is key—what’s shared in the room stays in the room—and that real conversations and shared experiences drive real results.

We deliver our services through exclusive, high-impact meetups where we exchange insights, tackle challenges, and build real connections with peers who understand the work. We provide a confidential, no-fluff space to talk about what really works and what doesn’t, with no panels and no sales pitches.

Our focus areas include HR, human ressources, community, ressources humaines, rh, and personal.

We operate in Germany, France, the United States, and Belgium.
