Light Steps operates as a self-employed organization in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We offer coaching support in the following areas: goal attainment, leadership adaptation in a new role within a new team, leadership, motivation for high achievement, and balance across life areas; strategic planning through conducting strategic sessions, development of new directions, and development of the company's mission and vision; crisis management, including generating ideas, original solutions, reducing stress among employees, maintaining calm and productivity in difficult times, and resolving interdepartmental conflicts; sales coaching focused on increasing effectiveness, engagement, and productivity of the sales department; and shadow coaching, where we accompany the client at meaningful events—negotiations, meetings, public speaking—and provide more complete feedback on leadership style and developing skills; change implementation, including forming visions of changes, developing change plans, implementing change plans in practice, and managing resistance to change.

To deliver our services, we combine coaching engagements, strategic sessions, and practical implementation support, with a focus on guiding leadership development, supporting transitions, and improving performance through structured guidance, ongoing feedback, and applicable practices.
