Link-Ups Project is a project operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.
We aim to increase the digital and media skills of unemployed individuals with low qualifications, especially adults over 45, through innovative tools to motivate them and enable them to build a solid online professional identity to facilitate reintegration into the labor market, thereby contributing to socioeconomic inclusion.
We also seek to increase the knowledge of labor consultants, professionals in workforce intermediation, authorities, and organizations that work with unemployed people with low skills and qualifications, and we equip them with a new approach and tools to support and interact with mid-career unemployed individuals through social media.
Our specialties include training, European projects, and the Erasmus+ Programme.
