Linking Legal is a self-owned firm operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

We specialize in headhunting for legal professionals, serving both law firms and corporate clients. We rely on professionals with extensive sector experience, with expertise not only in headhunting but also in HR consulting, including the creation of career plans, performance evaluation systems, and remuneration systems. We also provide advisory and accompaniment to law firms undergoing mergers or integrations from the initial contact through to final integration.
