We are a next-generation consulting and recruitment firm specializing in the communications sector and dedicated to highlighting human values.

We deliver our services through a structured process designed around each candidate's profile. We employ a “first video impression” concept in which a candidate presents themselves through one or more videos (professional project, foreign languages, interests). Each profile is presented as a 360 dossier that includes traditional evaluation elements (CV, education, experience, languages), a synthesis of the candidate's personality assessment, the detailed evaluation by our team, and the video topics. Once finalized, the dossier is linked to the client's personalized and secure web space.
