We have a rather unique setup on the staffing side, and we would like to tell you a little about it. We work exclusively in teams led by a team leader. We take over a portion of the managerial tasks in the client organization, which traditional temporary staffing places significant demands on. Coaching occurs on-site at no extra cost to you as the client. The administrative parts are handled between the team leader and the client. The task is defined together with the team leader, who is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the team meets the required conditions—only thereby is the quality of the work ensured. The pricing structure is variable. We price tasks at unit level so that the cost can be converted into a product cost calculation. After a testing period, tasks are priced individually and invoiced according to the agreement. We also readily take over existing warehouse employees in warehouses—in the logistics departments at our clients.

Our staffing part can be described as an in-house outsourcing of the personnel part, with all the benefits this entails.
