We are Lotus Human Resource Pvt. Ltd-"Manpower Solution", a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Our purpose is to supply all categories of human resources, such as skilled, semi-skilled, UN-skilled, academic, professional, Customer Service Staff, security personnel, hotel staff, hospital staff, laborers, general agricultural and factory workers, in the shortest period of time. We enable Nepalese citizens to earn a living by connecting them with opportunities across multiple regions: South East Asia, North-East Asia, the Middle East, and European countries.

Our approach involves delivering staff recruitment services by sourcing candidates, assessing fit, and arranging placement in line with client requirements. We provide recruitment services to South East Asia, North-East Asia, the Middle East, and European countries.

We operate internationally, with presence in Nepal, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We have a pool of at least 1,000 aspirant candidates for immediate employment at any one time.
