We are LTKA, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We are focused on training and research, aimed at supporting the entry of young talents into the job market in data science, business intelligence, and software development.

Through a train-to-hire program, we place candidates in an on-the-job training path where their personal abilities are enriched by practical work experience under the guidance and supervision of professionals and experts in the field.

Our specialties include data science, management, business intelligence, data analysis, and software development.

We operate in Italy.

At the end of the collaboration, deserving candidates will be proposed for employment with our partner companies, to ensure continuity of the training and professionalization path.
