Macavoy AB, we are a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Our strength lies in recruiting leaders and executives, as well as specialist functions with a primary background in technology. Many customers have appreciated having us as an advisory partner in planning organizational changes.

We help organizations of all sizes find the right skills and personality. In some cases there is no need for a full recruitment process; we can support in the specific parts that are relevant, such as conducting assessments of particular candidates through in-depth interviews and tests, or providing interview support for new clients. We also have the capability to conduct evaluations of work or leadership teams, based on a range of test instruments. We are currently certified for tests delivered by CEB (formerly SHL), Cut-e and Kandidata.

Our base is in Helsingborg, and from there we support customers primarily in Skåne and Halland, Sweden. We actively search for candidates not only in the surrounding area but across Sweden, as many of the roles we have filled over the years are positions one can relocate for. Occasionally we have also had to go beyond Sweden's borders to find the right fit. In this work we have substantial experience identifying, contacting, evaluating and placing candidates who did not initially expect to change jobs.
