We are Macedo Cham Consultores, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Mexicali, Mexico.

We have more than 30 years of experience researching and advising in administration, strategic planning, quality, organizational development, and coaching for organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Thanks to our experience, in 2006 we found a way to address opportunities to achieve effectiveness. The SAE, System of Effective Administration, originated in 2008 within an advisory program for companies of a national corporate group; the documentation process began and, in 2010, it was registered with IMPI. The SAE has been implemented for more than ten years in organizations in the public and private sectors, educational institutions, and startups in its version for new ventures (recognizing that startups are not a smaller version of large companies). The SAE is a methodology that enables continuous achievement of the objectives of effectiveness while maintaining alignment within our clients' teams in the face of constant and sometimes unexpected changes in the environment.
