Madmax work is a privately held recruitment company operating in the temporary help services industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Katowice, Poland.

We support logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing companies across Poland by providing engaged, legally employed workers from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Central Asia, Africa, and South America.

We offer more than a recruitment service. We provide a full support system—from needs analysis and candidate selection to the legalization of residence and work, and daily coordination. This approach includes ongoing coordination to minimize turnover.
