MADS WORK Kft is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We were founded in 2010 with the aim of providing comprehensive staffing solutions that meet our clients' individual needs. We focus on flexibility and speed in our solutions. For every client, we assign a dedicated project manager who maintains contact not only during the recruitment and selection process but also during the training and development period of the employees. A core part of our work is finding young talents. We maintain a database of young workers aged 17–35, and more than 60% of our candidates have previously worked with us. During their studies, they participated in our internship program, which enabled us to assess their skills. We guarantee that after they complete their qualifications we will help them find a job where they can continue their career with confidence. Our goal is to satisfy the interests of both sides and to create a solid foundation on which employees and client companies can build.

Our approach is to work closely with clients throughout the engagement.
