Maintec is a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Barendrecht, Netherlands.
We are a specialist technical service provider in the Dutch flexible staffing market, and we also operate in Belgium, Germany, Poland, Australia and Portugal. We are specialized in training new workers through an Apprenticeship concept.
We attribute our position to our extensive local branch network and to a separate organization for placing international workers, which enables us to place large numbers of technical specialists.
Our specialties include Local Personnel, ZZP (Freelance), Learning and Working, International Personnel, and Payroll.
We operate across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Australia.
We have divided our technical specializations into Metal, Technical installation, Automotive, and Construction.
