We are Management consult, s.r.o., a privately held company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We provide our corporate clients with solutions in the area of searching for employees, assessment centre realisation, outplacement, and psychodiagnosis.

We seek to understand the context and environment in which our clients operate and what their investors', partners' and employees' expectations are. We monitor trends in our clients' businesses and focus on understanding the criteria for their customers' purchasing decisions. We create and realise services in the area of personnel consulting that will support our corporate clients and candidates in achieving their goals. We apply long-time experience in the areas of human resources and management consulting, as well as knowledge of the local market. We offer career counselling to candidates. During the cooperation, we maintain the principles of ethical conduct towards our corporate clients and candidates. We apply an individual approach to each client and candidate, with an emphasis on their requirements.

Our specialties include searching for employees, psychodiagnostics, psychological consultancy and interventions, assessment centre, Hogan Personality Inventory, outplacement, and career counselling.
