G & D Talento is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Cali, Colombia.

We apply our extensive organizational experience, with more than 25 years in human capital management, to understand the current and future needs of the business and to propose tailor-made solutions that impact sustainability and productivity across all types of companies.

We deliver our work by partnering with organizations to integrate human capital processes with strategy. We collaborate on initiatives such as climate management, performance measurement, and the development of managerial skills, along with efforts that build value-added teams, service-oriented approaches, and enhanced communication and change management.
