We are the official MSC Cruises manning agency, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and we specialize in the recruitment, training, and deployment of qualified Indonesian crew to cruise and cargo vessels around the world.
We are licensed by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC Cruises) and certified under ISO 9001:2015 and MLC 2006, ensuring high standards in maritime manpower management.
We have deployed more than 3,000 seafarers globally, and we operate a Jakarta-based office serving all of Indonesia. We specialize in MSC Cruises recruitment and placement, and we provide end-to-end support including interview, documentation, visa, and embarkation.
