We are a crew manning agency based in Makati City, Philippines and are duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration with license number #025-SB-030812-R, granted February 7, 2013 and set to expire February 9, 2017. We were incorporated on October 15, 2004 with the Securities and Exchange Commission under registration number #A200205107, and a permit to operate was issued on February 7, 2013 by the Manila City Government with registration number #25328. On November 6, 2014 we reorganized and transferred to a new office location to offer better services to our future clients and partners with the aim of encouraging ship owners to give us the opportunity to be of service to them. Effective November 2014, a new batch of proficient team players joined the Makati City office to work in hand to bring the company to its success with integrity and dignity.
