Maritime Gateway is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

We exist to promote recruitment of Aarhus University students into the maritime sector by strengthening the university's maritime research and our research-based teaching on shipping. We work to increase awareness of employment and research opportunities within the maritime sector among Aarhus University students and researchers, and we connect Aarhus University, students, and the maritime industry to address concrete challenges.

We deliver our work by acting as a central link between Aarhus University, students, and the maritime industry. We facilitate job opportunities through internships, case competitions and workshops, develop maritime education courses, and establish networks with the maritime industry to tackle concrete challenges. We also connect researchers and industry to navigate international laws and regulations and understand global impacts on the Danish shipping industry.
