We are Master OSCUAI, an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We provide a Master program aimed at graduates in humanities, economics and technical-legal disciplines. The program lasts 12 months and includes a curricular internship to be completed during the academic year. Lectures are delivered in a classroom set up within the University of Tor Vergata, Department of Engineering. Attendance is mandatory to foster direct interaction with instructors and to expand participants' knowledge. There are internships abroad to broaden participants' cultural and experiential background. Enrollment is assisted by the possibility of obtaining a scholarship funded by INPS covering all expenses, a benefit that can be enjoyed by employees of the Public Administration and/or their children.

We deliver the program through on-site teaching with mandatory attendance designed to encourage direct exchange with faculty and to broaden learners' knowledge, while also providing opportunities for internships abroad to enhance practical experience.
