Match and Catch is a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Odense, Denmark.

We enable effective dialogue to create a shared understanding of the goal we focus on for our clients, providing the right conditions to move in the same direction as the team or organization and thereby support development. The result is that we help our clients arrive at the prerequisites for working with and toward their goal; the prerequisites depend on how long the tool is used. For one-hour sessions, the process supports structured idea generation in a creative way and yields concrete proposals for how the goal can be reached. For two-hour sessions, the result is three concrete action plans with proposals for how to ensure the goal is reached. The method uses imagery and personal experiences as input, which can be engaging and motivating for participants.

Our approach involves a tool that comprises several parts: an initial exercise to clarify the shared starting point for the dialogue; a sequence of four rounds following a funnel from the abstract to the concrete, with the rounds focusing on answering: 1) What is life-giving? 2) What could it be? 3) How can it become? 4) How does it become? There is also a final recap, where the content depends on the length of the session. In each round we use image cards to connect participants and engage the dialogue; groups must talk together and each share their own contribution. This approach ensures everyone is involved and has the opportunity to influence the topic.
