We are Matches - Executive Search & Management de Transition, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in France.

We are on a mission to become the executive search recruitment firm of reference for contributive companies, those that are in transition toward a strong social and environmental impact that is embraced and embodied. Our candidate promise is to be a trusted third party, transparent, responsible, and engaged.

We recruit leaders of contributive companies in two forms: permanent placements for leadership profiles, such as General Management, CFO, HR Director, IT Director, Commercial Management, Marketing/Communication, Digital, Customer Service, CSR, and others; and transition management for these same profiles for situations such as transformation projects, crisis management, and temporary replacement of a senior executive.

We are organized around three brands specialized with dedicated consultants: Match Transition is the brand dedicated to transition management; Match Executive is the brand dedicated to Executive Search, with a headhunting methodology, exclusive assignments, and a reporting and confidentiality protocol; Match Finance is the brand dedicated to recruiting middle management in Finance.
