We are PERSeO (Personale e Organizzazione) S.r.l. Unipersonale, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1987 and are headquartered in Caerano di San Marco, Italy.

We provide advisory support to public and private organizations in the evaluation and development of human resources, organizational analysis and design, personnel management systems, selection, training, and research on organizational climate and work-related stress, as well as motivational and market research.

We rely on scientific supervision from nationally qualified experts and university professors. Aware of the importance and value of time, we are flexibly organized to provide, in the shortest possible time, the substantial contribution of our professionals to the resolution of the issues for which we are engaged.

We offer consulting for individuals and organizations, coaching, work on organizational climate and stress, and training and master's programs.

Each Master program comprises nine modules for a total duration of more than 100 hours (theoretical-practical).
