We help integrate into working life an often overlooked group — mothers on parental leave and women caring for families. Through our web application, we connect women with employers seeking an active workforce. We place a strong emphasis on administrative services for companies, on caring for mothers, and on the simplicity of our web application. We provide women with the opportunity to obtain flexible work on a part-time or full-time basis. We enable companies to find experienced and efficient workers at a reasonable cost. In all that we do, we contribute to increasing employment in the Czech Republic. Our goal is to create at least one million new hours of work in the Czech Republic each year.
