MEDFLAKE

We are MEDFLAKE, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the healthcare staffing and recruitment services industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Larnaca, Cyprus.

We specialize in placing health professionals and academic healthcare professionals from abroad for the German labor market. For foreign applicants, we ensure that their qualifications meet the required degree and that recognition can be obtained in due course. We prepare and accompany candidates in their country of origin, and our targeted integration support continues until the professional recognition is completed.

We deliver our services through a structured process that starts with evaluating qualifications against the required standards, continues with preparation and accompaniment in the home country, and includes ongoing integration support through to the completion of the recognition process.
