We help doctors, dentists, and field students to find and compare job opportunities across Finland. We do not place locum doctors; we work directly with the wellbeing region's recruitment department and chief physician to recruit doctors for the wellbeing region as its own physicians. In this arrangement, the wellbeing region acts as the employer and payer. We have been performing direct recruitment of doctors and dentists in Finland for ten years.

We work with clients to identify job opportunities and to recruit doctors and dentists directly. We collaborate with wellbeing region recruitment departments and chief physicians to recruit doctors who will be employed and paid by the wellbeing region.

We provide doctor recruitment, dentist recruitment, and direct recruitment services.
