Medistar Oy is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Finland.

We employ licensed health care professionals in Finland in roles best suited to them, taking into account competitive pay terms and long-term career aspirations, as well as a high-quality, personalized service. We act primarily with the professionals' wishes in mind. We arrange housing and provide support in all matters within a high-quality personal service relationship.

Our service model is based on staffing and outsourced recruitment, through which professionals are employed nationwide, either seconded to client sites through Medistar or directly employed, in both public and private health care facilities.
